MI CPL Renewal - In Person

In order to renew your Michigan CPL, you must certify under penalty of perjury that you’ve spent at least 3 hours reviewing your course materials AND have gone to the range in the 6 months proceeding your renewal application.

This class involves 1 hour of review, but provides plenty of review material to fulfill the 3 hour requirement through self study. The student fulfills the 1 hour of range time to be eligible to renew your CPL.

NOTE:  If your CPL has expired for more than 1 year, you must retake the whole 8 hour class again.

Course Information:

• Class Time: 1 hour instructor review. 2 hours student self review.

• Range Time: 1 hour student responsible. Student can reserve 0.5 hr range time with instructor for additional $20 charge.

What You Will Receive:

• Certificate of Completion upon fulfillment verification.

• Informational packet of resources pertaining to laws and changes related to the MI CPL and conceal carry in MI. The information provided will be ample information for an additional 2 hours (or more) of course materials and laws needed for self review to qualify.

What to Bring if Range Time Reserved:

• Handgun

• Ammunition: 50-100 rounds

• Eye & Ear Protection

Cancellation Policy:

Students are required to cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the class date in order to receive a refund. A 20 dollar processing fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. Classes cancelled less than 72 hours before the class will not be refunded. Students may reschedule for a class at a later date, without incurring any fees, as it is at least 7 calendar days prior to the start of the class.
